Responsibly made in a fair trade environment by our partners in Ecuador - a small family team of talented artisans and entrepreneurs. We work closely (and in person) to ensure the craftsmanship is responsible and of the highest possible quality.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We send international packages via Canada Post, which doesn't always include time sensitive confirmations or tracking. Shipping times vary based on location, time of year and local post office service. On average, overseas orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all fees. Packages may be delayed by customs - unfortunately we have no control over any circumstances once the shipment has left our studio.

At Wylde Brigade, we inspect and scrutinize over all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our essentials line, used items cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipping if we are given photographic proof within 7 days of delivery, less shipping and handling.
