If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.

Please email us with photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll issue a refund or replacement for damaged items (excluding shipping and handling costs).

Due to the nature of our essentials collection (personal-use items), we are unable to accept returns on used items.
