Shipping Policy
We take care to pack your order with love and get it out the door quickly—but once it leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the courier. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, what to expect, and what to do if something goes wrong.
📦 Shipping in North America (USA & Canada)

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 4–10 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: Need it sooner? Choose express at checkout for 2–4 business day delivery.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow along.
🌍 International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide!

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are set by your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays can occur due to customs processing—we wish we could speed it up, but it’s out of our hands.
💸 Duties, Customs & Import Fees
Some orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations—even for shipments within North America.
**Heads up: FOR ALL US ORDERS - Duties & taxes may now apply to your order. These are set by your country’s customs, not by us. We know it’s confusing (and new!) but we’ll help guide you through it every step of the way.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you have concerns.

Refusing a package doesn’t cancel your order, and you won't be refunded. You’ll still be responsible for the full cost of the order.
📬 PO Boxes & Remote Areas

We can ship to PO Boxes in most cases, but please note that Express Shipping is not available for PO Boxes or rural routes.
- PLEASE NOTE - WITH ALL US ORDERS FROM AUGUST 2025 ONWARDS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO PO BOXES.

If you’re in a remote area, delivery may take a little longer.
🚫 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping—additional shipping charges will apply.

We’re not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our studio, we rely on the shipping carrier to deliver it safely and on time.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building manager first.

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, get in touch at hello@wyldebrigade.com and we’ll do our best to help you track it down or file a claim.
We’re always happy to help, but please know we cannot replace or refund orders lost due to courier error, theft, or incorrect address entry.
